Lynn carefully explained what St. Lukes was about. Brought to the fore-front, things I need to consider. Told me what she would do to help me, allowances. Blue badge etc, what is more she 'listened' to me, and not talk 'at' me
I felt she "wanted" to help me.

After a short stay in hospital and a quick diagnosis I was discharged.
Its been very reassuring that you are there to contact for any information or concerns we may have - its a comfort to my family that they are not dealing with this alone.
I cannot thank you enough.

So nice here, your all so respectful of me. I have had friends in a different hospital not feel they had any dignity given but here I really do. Definitely would rather be here than in hospital.

I can not fault any of the very kind staff who looked after my mum, they were very kind,gentle, caring and supportive for all the family. Excellent care by a professional caring team.

The Macmillan nurse effectively unlocked my care and got me both medication and a referral to an oncologist.
She was very proactive and get me well informed of progress.
