The staff treated my dad with dignity and respect throughout. They spoke to him and involved him in all decisions, right to the end.

Suggested improvements
My dad felt and hit his head, causing a brain bleed. I feel guuilty for not putting the side up on his bed but staff were kind, and caring until the end. He was treated with dignity and respect.
