I find it unlikely that anything could have been improved for my (now deceased) husband.. his care was second to none.
Such warmth and kindness.
Apologies for delay, my husband's funeral was only this past week.
Thank you.
To all the people who looked after her I say thank you so much.

Thank you.
The fast response when needed. The care and compassion of the staff.
The supply of specialist equipment.
They looked after us as well as patient.
We were very happy to have dad at home in his last days. Could not do without St. Lukes.
Do not want to be told how to lead the short time I have left. I have mostly managed for over 50 years.
My initial appointment at home, with a nurse today, was all I cared have wished for the palliative care plan answered all my queries, and it was so calming and reassuring, to learn about the round the clock support.
Thank you to all in the community team, for your sterling work at St. Luke's.
From the moment we had contact with St. Luke's we felt as if a weight had lifted from our shoulders both with Debbie and the at home team and all the staff we dealt with in Derriford hospital we felt we were in the hands of caring professionals who understood our needs but more importantly had the expertise knowledge and resources to address the situation I cannot praise everyone highly enough.
The staff have been exceptional in looking after my wife, myself and my family we cannot thank them all enough. The service is already excellent and therefore I can honestly say I cannot see how they could improve.
I was given information I did not have previously, which was useful.
Some of my anxieties were relieved.
