Debbie was just brilliant with him and myself and gave him hope and he feel something was feeling done to make him feel better. She was so kind and helpful and made him feel at ease with no pressure.

Debbie was absolutely amazing and put my grandad at ease straight away and explained, answered any questions we had. Thank you, Grandad was left very happy with the support plan going forward.

I wanted to fulfil the patient wishes to stay in her flat untilt he end. I now realise could not have done it without the help- support st. Lukes gave me.

I can honestly say I cannot think of anything you gave me support mentally andd physically I was never on my own once St. Lukes became involved.
