Debbie, was lovely, caring and a good listener. She also had a great sense of humour which put us all at ease. My parents and myself were a little apprehensive about her coming as we thought it would be all gloom and doom, but this certainly was not the case and we all enjoyed her company.

Suggested improvements
None, it was all excellent.

It is remarkable and reassuring to hear your excellent team communications with my wife explaining what they are to do at any given moment and the sheer dignity shown - especially when my wife and I are at our most vulnerable especially my dear wife.

Suggested improvements
Your service and care levels are exemplary - right across the team, which seems to change every day - clearly any handover has/is very thorough - almost seamless. Thank you!

All of the staff, nurses, cleaners, doctors, kitchen are very aware, helpful and particularly very kind.

Suggested improvements
Very difficult to say what could be done better, particularly in view of the very necessary covid ventilation.

My sister Loraine came here on 1st November. I was unsure of your services but have been blown away since I arrived from Wigan. Your staff are the most, caring, courteous and amazing people Loraine has been treated with the utmost respect.

Suggested improvements

Lunda looked after my wife Pat with such genuine care and dignity. Pat looked forward to seeing her and having her chats. At pats end of life Lyn and the team reacted so quickly to keep her comfortable at home which was pats wishes. She died knowing that we gave her everything she wa yes at the end of her life and she was always the priority as it should be. Myself and my family will always be eternally grateful for the excellent care my wife received. Albert/sam Salmon & family

After spending a week in a very crowded, noisy, busy MAU in Derrifield where I was 'shouted' about from pilot to pool with the staff trying to find a bed space forme - coming here to peace, solitude and a superb and a super friendly staff was and ray of sunshine in the middle of a tunderstorm.

Suggested improvements
Serve gin and tonic when the sun in oval the {yard} arm??
