The urgent care team and all the staff involved in my Mums care could not have been better .
Everyone was compassionate , kind considerate , empathic , all had a great knowledge in every way to help our beloved Mum .
Not only that but they asked after mine and my sisters welfare and concerns too
Nothing was rushed , it was wonderful seeing Mum when they left after a visit so comfortable and relaxed .
The whole team are amazing in what is a difficult job .
We thank each and everyone of them from the bottom of our hearts

I felt I was in good hands from the moment I arrived. Staff answer calls for help very promptly

Both my mother and myself were treated with such compassion and care home visits took place and a number of questions/concerns asked regarding the situation we faced. All was dealt with dignity and respect.

Trisha is experiencing difficulty in passing a stool, I have mentioned commoding (or moist use) as she would be happier with this and a lit movement, would not doubt assist also.
Suggested improvements
Mum is still very agitated and difficulty to settle.

Very caring at all times.
Nothing is too much trouble. For the staff to do. Lovely food at all times.
