The urgent care team and all the staff involved in my Mums care could not have been better . Everyone was compassionate , kind considerate , empathic , all had a great knowledge in every way to help our beloved Mum . Not only that but they asked after mine and my sisters welfare and concerns too Nothing was rushed , it was wonderful seeing Mum when they left after a visit so comfortable and relaxed . The whole team are amazing in what is a difficult job . We thank each and everyone of them from the bottom of our hearts
