My dad felt and hit his head, causing a brain bleed. I feel guuilty for not putting the side up on his bed but staff were kind, and caring until the end. He was treated with dignity and respect.

Kind, caring, inclusive, went above and beyond for the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Family completely supported throughout the time spent there on the death of a relative (uncle) great at giving a hug. When needed, thank you.
