My dad took a significant and t{ } that meant he was { } Derriford for cheecks. He moved to Mount { } became really depressed and lovely. St Lukes has made a huge difference to his care and my peace of mind.

Suggested improvements
My dad felt and hit his head, causing a brain bleed. I feel guuilty for not putting the side up on his bed but staff were kind, and caring until the end. He was treated with dignity and respect.
