Always extremely helpful, happy to discuss treatment options for lipoedema and happy to need new information on liposuction surgery and support decision. Lovely to have someone who is genuinely interested in you condition help with your treatment. Jo you are amazing.

All the staff from desk, volunteers to nurses and doctors are so genuinely caring is just wonderful. The peace and calm space to reflect and come to terms with what is happening away from bustle of acute hospital is much needed. The dignity shown and.

Review of St Luke's Brooklands - Social Care written by a family member
31st May 2017

When dad was diagnosed with cancer St. Luke's offered him(and also myself and my sister) a huge amount of support. I cannot thank Adnan Frost enough for all the time he spent with dad. He(dad) would look forward to every visit. He would see Adnan for an hour and spend hours often telling us everything that was said/happened. Thank you for everything.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Tasty food! Always willing/able to help. Very supportive staff. Very kind staff. Only improvement - on occasion there can be a long delay to respond to call bell, this once resulted in failing to reach the WC in time - but I understand the staff are sometimes attending others.

The care I received could not have been better, therefore I cannot find anything that could be improved on. All members of staff were friendly and caring.
