My father had wonderful care from your palliative care team, specifically Paul and Sue. My dad was refereed to St Luke's straight out of hospital after suffering a heart attach and being diagnosed with lung cancer and kidney disease. Paul and after he left Sue both were extremely caring and professional, I couldn't find fault with his care. After his death in November I had difficulty dealing with the loss, I finally contacted your bereavement team and Faith came out to see me. She has been fantastic. Thanks to her joined a music group and have started getting out again. So, again I would have extreme difficulty finding fault. I don't know how I would have coped without St. Luke's over the last year!
