When we told Emma that my wife was finding it difficult to climb the stairs she very quickly organised a bed and pressure relief mattress and a commode to be put in our lounge for which we were very grateful.
Whenever I phoned single point, no matter what time, they were always very helpful.
I would just like to thank everyone for all their help and kindness.

My family would like to thank each and everyone of you that helped to look after the patient.
We know he was a nightmare to look after but that was not the real patient he changed so much just wish you could have met the real patient.

Nothing can be improved, I was treated with kindness, respect and help. Becky was very informative and put my fears behind me. Every question was answered with total honesty and care. I feel much more positive to go forward in this next stage of my treatment knowing I have the support behind me!

Mel and Nina looked after me today.
I awarded them a gold star for their wonderful, kind and considerate care.
I do not believe there is a better place for kindness and care anyway in the world. The pain relief has been simply wonderful.

1.) First of all a cry of help phone call was made and help for the patient and carer came immediately.
Thank you.
2.) The carers are now doing what I the carer could not give and the patient is looking much better - Thank you.
3.) This a service what should always be available for the patient and a back up for the carer.
4.) Arriving times of carers could be looked at and patient/carer could organize that day.

I was first seen within a couple of weeks, really quickly, which has really helped me to move forward quickly, I was at a point where I could just not manage even simple tasks in life as was recently bereaved and very depressed, I could not be more grateful for Lynda's time.

You guys were the reason why mum still had her infectious smile and laughter and that is now we will always remember me.

It was very relaxing and gave me time to relax which is much needed.
