Review of Bereavement written by a patient

I received the support I needed from the sessions. I was aware early on that there elements to my issues that could not be dealt with by grief counselling alone and these sessions have encouraged me to continue help elsewhere. Thank you.

Review of Complementary Therapies written by a family member
30th January 2020

Ever since my mother was admitted to St Helena my mother and my family have been treated with such kindness and compassion. Everything from clinical needs to emotional support has been exceptional. I have been receiving complimentary therapy in the form of massage which has really helped me to reduce stress and relax so that I am more capable of helping my mother. I also to speak to Family Support on a regular basis which really helps me to understand and deal with my emotions and also gives me information on how I can support my mother and what in practical terms is available to help my mother.
