1.) First of all a cry of help phone call was made and help for the patient and carer came immediately. Thank you. 2.) The carers are now doing what I the carer could not give and the patient is looking much better - Thank you. 3.) This a service what should always be available for the patient and a back up for the carer. 4.) Arriving times of carers could be looked at and patient/carer could organize that day.
