I was very happy with all aspects of the service I received.
I was worried initally too much time had passed since my bereavement but I was told this wasn't an issue. All the worries I had were dealt with sensitively with understanding and I would recommend the service to anyone and would indeed use it again if needed.
I feel I got as much as I needed out of my sessions.

I was present throughout my wife's conversations with nurse Beaky Rix we were both impressed with her professionalism. She was knowledgeable and efficient.
Dealt with my wife compassionately made all necessary arrangements expeditiously her manner improved my wife's morale.

My counselor was amazing. She was kind and reassuring, proving me with a safe space to try and work through my emotions.
All the staff, whether on the desk or just passing by have been very kind, making it a safe, reassuring place to come to.
