I was present throughout my wife's conversations with nurse Beaky Rix we were both impressed with her professionalism. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Dealt with my wife compassionately made all necessary arrangements expeditiously her manner improved my wife's morale. Apologies for bad writing as I have an injured hand.
