This was our first visit it was all very calm and nothing was too much bother.

We can't think of anything! Everything seems to have been carefully though out and you should keep going on the way you are.

If my dad had been given the care that he received from you before, he would have had a far better quality of life. The care you provided was exceptional

There was nothing more you could have done. The restricted list of 8 visitors was a service of stress we didn't need through at that time. If that policy could be reviewed it would help. It caused a lot of arrangements and ill feeling of who should 'go' on the list.
