If my dad had been given the care that he received from you before, he would have had a far better quality of life. The care you provided was exceptional
Suggested improvements
There was nothing more you could have done. The restricted list of 8 visitors was a service of stress we didn't need through at that time. If that policy could be reviewed it would help. It caused a lot of arrangements and ill feeling of who should 'go' on the list.
