Referral was quick and smooth. Although my mum was not able to make her own choices. I did feel informed about everything staff very caring and supportive.
Suggested improvements
The only thing I can suggest is giving time scales for bereavement support. I am not sure how long the wait is to see someone. This certainly did not affect my score or opinion.

I was very grateful when the palliative care nurse at RPH told me a place was available for my dad. When he arrived we were made to feel very welcome by staff and volunteers. Dad was looked after beautifully by the team and I cant thank everyone enough.
I don't know if dad was aware he was there but I know he would have been very thankful.

My partner Michael Truch was in St. Catherine for 5 ½ weeks in that time Michael felt safe and to cared for as he told me, also I felt relaxed and happy that the care was second to none from all the lovely caring team at St. Catherine, thank you so much Julie.

Emma put me at ease straight away and was easy to talk to.
Suggested improvements
The worst part about cancer is waiting for results, so I have taken it on myself to have some holistic healing. Is this not something that can be available.
