Referral was quick and smooth. Although my mum was not able to make her own choices. I did feel informed about everything staff very caring and supportive.
Suggested improvements
The only thing I can suggest is giving time scales for bereavement support. I am not sure how long the wait is to see someone. This certainly did not affect my score or opinion.
