The carers were friendly, warm and respectful to my mum and myself. She always looked better after their visit.
Suggested improvements
Return hospice carers for 1 week, at least, after bury discharged EUL, not happy to change team, 3 days in.

We were so grateful for all the support and care given to out whole family as we supported dad through end of life care. St. Catherine's provided compassion and allowed us to be the emotional support for our dad without the worry of care provision also.
Suggested improvements
Really we are nothing but grateful fo everything if I was no state one thing - we did feel that we had to fill in the gaps left between handover for the next shift not always fully briefed but that did not direct at all from the care and help we recieved.

The staff were like absolute angels. They could not do enough for our dad - and all of us as a family. They were constantly checking in and explaining the different stages to us before. Dad sadly passed away. They were so caring, kind and wonderful. Also the red hearts were a very morning and beautiful gesture.

Charlotte and Lesni were really supportive and informative they are very supportive and feel m ore secure wit a contact to help Liase with GP.
