We were so grateful for all the support and care given to out whole family as we supported dad through end of life care. St. Catherine's provided compassion and allowed us to be the emotional support for our dad without the worry of care provision also.
Suggested improvements
Really we are nothing but grateful fo everything if I was no state one thing - we did feel that we had to fill in the gaps left between handover for the next shift not always fully briefed but that did not direct at all from the care and help we recieved.
