As this was my first appointment, wasn't sure how it was run as it was 15 mins after my appt time that I got seen. However Deborah explained that who I was supposed to be seeing was running late so they swapped patients.

Review of Consultant Clinic - Dr Fletcher

You are made to feel important and treated individually. The atmosphere is totally different from that experienced when going to hospital appointments. Dr Fletcher is wonderful. He is very patient and compassionate and spends time listening to my dad's views, asking appropriate questions in a caring and sensitive manner. He also rang me the following day-great service!
