You are made to feel important and treated individually. The atmosphere is totally different from that experienced when going to hospital appointments. Dr Fletcher is wonderful. He is very patient and compassionate and spends time listening to my dad's views, asking appropriate questions in a caring and sensitive manner. He also rang me the following day-great service!
