Very friendly, easy to talk to. Professional. Gave me details of services and entitlements that would be available to me. Can't think of anything that could have been improved.
Tracy was knowledgeable and answered all questions which put us at ease.
Everything! Spent a lot of time with us and put us at ease, no time watching! Very caring and thorough in gathering information and giving us advice. Feel very reassured and feel like we have the support there now for us. Kirsty was wonderful. Thank you.
The support, care and advice given to both client and family. Always professional and punctual (well presented). Very extremely knowledgeable about all aspects and not patronising.
Maxine introduced herself. Was bubbly and it didn't take long before we realized that this nurse was good at her job. We had a good chat about my illness and we could decide when I would need to go into St Catherine. When Brenda my wife, felt I was getting too much for her. Maxine, even came back. When Brenda rang for advice because I had become ill 10 mins after she left. She then organized for doctor to visit as soon as possible, which he did. On Maxine we could not have picked a better nurse. We were no longer abandoned. She certainly knows her job and completely took charge of things and we felt totally at ease the minute she walked in. A read diamond.
Excellent nursing care. Compassionate and understanding for both me and my wife.
The nurse, that came, was a very good listener, calm and very pleasant. Helpful regards what you are entitled to.
I am not sure anything could be improved. Kelly has listened to my worries and advised on all aspects of my concerns. There is no rushing - listens and suggests what would be useful and offers advice on what could help in ways to ease or allay any problems I have with my condition.
