All the experience was good. It is good to be seen in my own home and to have regular appointments. It is helpful to see someone and get to know them and for them to know you. They also can judge any changes in your condition and mood.
The help that the HSA can give in suggesting exercises and activity that can help your condition is very beneficial.
The regular appointments make it easier to ask the questions that are on your mind but don't want to trouble the CNS with.

The young lady arrived early and we had a lovely visit. She explained in detail that was easy to understand. She also had a good sense of humour which is important at times like this. We look forward to meeting your nurses on the future. Thanks to Dr. A Bacon and staff.

I was in my home and the CNS came to see me where I was comfortable. I could ask the questions that were on my mind without feeling rushed.
Making contact face to face with the person who you might be phoning at a later date is reassuring. This contact will work be of benefit bot ways.
It was helpful to find out what the role of the staff of St. Cathrine's. All the experience was positive very good.

It was good to talk and get information about the likely progression of the cancer and impact it may have on mum.
To look at ways how mum's well being could be improved now, in the short term was really helpful. It's made me think that as a family we now need to plan for mum's care. Thank you.
