I was in my home and the CNS came to see me where I was comfortable. I could ask the questions that were on my mind without feeling rushed. Making contact face to face with the person who you might be phoning at a later date is reassuring. This contact will work be of benefit bot ways. It was helpful to find out what the role of the staff of St. Cathrine's. All the experience was positive very good.
