Dad has been treated with the utmost dignity and care. He particularly liked the fact that everyone recognised him from last time and has enjoyed the humour that the staff inject into every day.
The food has been excellent too. We have had utter confidence in all the staff and their decisions have always been in consultation with both mum and dad.

Received excellent care during my 3 week and 2 day stay at St Catherine's. All staff were very courteous and helpful in whatever was asked of them, day or night.
Great food, excellent room make to feel “at home” by all staff and volunteers.
Recovered very well during my stay, left for home with no pain and feeling better than I have done for months. Thank you all. 5/5.

First of all I have must thank you for sending this lady to visit us.
She was really informative in all aspects of care and information also she suggested different things we showed do for the patient my wife of 69 years.
I could not fault this lovely lady.

Sarah wanting the nurse who came to see me was friendly and really helpful, she was very clear when explaining somethings to me, gave me some leaflets to read and told me to make a list of any questions I might want to ask her when she comes back again next week, from my experience with Sarah I can not see that anything to be changed, so keep up the good work.
