Dad has been treated with the utmost dignity and care. He particularly liked the fact that everyone recognised him from last time and has enjoyed the humour that the staff inject into every day. The food has been excellent too. We have had utter confidence in all the staff and their decisions have always been in consultation with both mum and dad. Thank you.
