Maxine was extremely attentive, thorough and professional. Her manner was friendly and caring and she had time and patience to explain anything I did not fully understand or was doubtful about. She took on responsibility to make arrangements for a doctors consultation with me and also to ensure district names would follow up on a couple of issues. As already stated she was very professional but also took the trouble to make me feel at ease and chat socially I was most impressed.
