When our son was eventually seen he was treated well and the dr was very kind
I was very happy with my visit to the Emergency Department and felt that everything
was done well.
I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.

Long waiting time to be seen, asked to have tests done after being there 7 half hour's. Those test should have been carried out sooner. Cleaner's left trolley and rubbish unattended while going outside for cigarette. Cleaner didn't change ppe cleaned bins then drinks machine wearing same gloves this is unacceptable, Also spraying aerosol when there were people in A&E with breathing difficulties.
My 5yr old daughter was the patient and she was looked after very well.
Could fault the treatment give
I was not told what was happening in the now and next . The seats in the new A&E are very uncomfortable because they make your bottom go numb .
The staff in resuss were amazing. They were so kind caring and calming. The anaesthetist and theatre person who did the procedure were lovely and very precise. Everyone were just faultless. A very big thank you.
I thought the staff were all excellent although the first doctor I saw was quite abrupt. The paramedics were brilliant the nurse we had he was lovely and made jokes with us and the girl we had on the medical team was extremely thorough and open to questions and very attentive and knowledgeable.
The food was really hot and very tasty!
The down side was the length of time we were there. 17 hours and 5 mins before we left they came to say my bed was ready!
All staff were very helpful and caring. Several offered extra small services, such as fetching a drink, not asked for or expected.
