Long waiting time to be seen, asked to have tests done after being there 7 half hour's. Those test should have been carried out sooner. Cleaner's left trolley and rubbish unattended while going outside for cigarette. Cleaner didn't change ppe cleaned bins then drinks machine wearing same gloves this is unacceptable, Also spraying aerosol when there were people in A&E with breathing difficulties.

More training for cleaning staff. Carry out required tests before been seen by GP so all relevant information to hand.
