I thought the staff were all excellent although the first doctor I saw was quite abrupt. The paramedics were brilliant the nurse we had he was lovely and made jokes with us and the girl we had on the medical team was extremely thorough and open to questions and very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was really hot and very tasty! The down side was the length of time we were there. 17 hours and 5 mins before we left they came to say my bed was ready!

It was only the length of time that was an issue. About 8 hours to see a doctor then another 5 to get a CT scan
