Because you have discharged from your services & told me to find help for myself. When it has put my families mental health & physical needs at risk & both my Dad & mum are in there 70’s.

Actually communicating is the key always. It’s like everyone has forgotten about Covid again. I haven’t had it once, but parents have had it twice. How am I supposed to help myself & take care of my loved one’s when this happens. All I can say right now is that I am very disappointed in the whole system & the way it works. I have, had mental health issues for over 26 years. When people like me need help we try take the easy option out because we don’t get the help we need. I know the whole system is very strained but why are we the ones that have to pay in order to cope because of the way things are.why when people commit suicide are they the ones that are selfish & treated like we are nothing. When all we ask for is help. I shouldn’t have to got private & pay £50 an hour, that by the way I cannot afford, just to get the help i need.

The lady who i was meeting was obsessed with me having adhd or autism, which i strongly disagree, she didnt listen to me when i spoke about all the things ive struggled with and the journey im on thats led me here. It was just adhd and autism questionaires, barely talking to me, I had a complete rubbish experience. I am in the same position i was in last year when i first went to the doctors. Her name is Annalize Reid.

She could have listened and actually done something, rather than sitting there not even listening and just talking to me about adhd and autism. She should have wanted to hear about my Triggers and what i struggle with.

People need more therapeutic and healing rather than just drugs

More outside time but the staff needs to be more outside Notice that staff seems to be less communicative with patients More seeds for wildflowers More interaction with nature Basketballs are in the roof and need and air pump for it Aromatherapy use in the ward

I had the pleasure of meeting Erwin Richard and colleague Trudy, who listened carefully and with great empathy to my situation at our initial introduction. I felt I was not judged in any way and that the intention was to provide the support I needed to get the best help available to me. In my view Erwin is an Ambassador for the Mental Health service, and showed great professionalism in the way he communicated my situation with the Pharmacist. Through Erwin's very effective communication skills my later conversation with the Pharmacist was extremely meaningful and took a minimum amount of his time to reach a solution. This was a superb example of joint working at its best and for me, enabled a most satisfactory solution to be reached in the quickest time possible.

It’s difficult not being released to get something, so woul like to see an extension of leave time from 15mins to a least 30mins to be able to get to the shops.

There’s never any paper cups drinking water/ hot drinks.
