I am still waiting to be seen by a professional physiologist since February 2022. My appointments have been cancelled, I've been accused of not engaging with the service when I was told to engage with only 1 service at a time. My case has been closed without notification. No one calls me back when they say they will. Any calls to me are made by a private number with no message left so I am unable to identify who has called me or give me a contact number to call back. I've done 3 telephone assessments with no further action???

Nothing to add
Had no contact n 5 months since acutely unwell. No idea when going to have follow up. When asked for help wasn’t quick enough as had sporadic phonecalls and I ended up under ucat despite reaching out for help.

This is the first time I have ever had a home visit or even face to face contact with a key worker. She was very thorough and positive about what she was going to do to help me.
Whilst the care I do receive in person has been great, actually hearing from the CMHT - let alone actually being seen! - is rather hopeless. I have had to chase repeatedly to actually be seen, to get updates on care, etc since I first came under the mental health team. I am told I will hear in X amount of time and then do not, I currently have not been told the result of a meeting despite being told it would be in 3 weeks -- my appointment was back in April. I am at a loss as to what I can do. I appreciate the fact that it has been a difficult period, but I do have to admit that contact is beyond ridiculous and I am genuinely concerned that I will be forced to continue to manage my mental health alone as I have been doing now for a lot longer than I would appreciate.

Being white British I feel no cultural specific needs
In this difficult time for myself, I found all members of staff very helpful and caring.
I don't have particular beliefs, as I believe in science, then anything else.
The staff is very supportive.

All together ok but admin don't answer the phone which meant my support worker wasn't notified of me being present on site
