Feel like the nurses and doctors don't have enough time for all the work they do.
Nurses are kind, can't do enough for you.
Terrible experience didn't want u there very rude staff waiting times were ridiculous ,wasn't bothered was in pain just rude after waiting so long ended up having to leave in pain discusted
The nurse who looked after me was very thorough. Asked lots of questions to determine any injuries I may have suffered. Constantly checking my movement. Glued me up and fixed steri strips. Explained how to remove them. Prescribed penicillin to fight any infections. She made me feel like I needed to be there and I wasn't wasting their time.
Hospital has improved greatly since the last time I was admitted.
I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen and when I was the staff were friendly, kind and made me feel at ease.
I was there 7 hours. Waited over 2 hours for xray and blood results.
Nurses are incredible and hard working.
Food isn't always great.
This is about several encounters. Also to avoid patients having to learn it themselves & get in disputes with staff & create an atmosphere of litigation politics. I have AF that has led to heart failure -overstretched chambers & valve leakage that cannot be cured. This is due zero advice till it’s too late & even then I had to find out myself (how to monitor & limit & report medication success or failure). If the discharge notes computer generated attached care plan advise to patients for self management whenever AF is entered (or other conditions that benefit from similar advice) - then it would cure lots of risk factors & general lack of expertise by being a regular reminder to both patient & staff & Locum doctors etc. of such critical risk advise.
