The nurse who looked after me was very thorough. Asked lots of questions to determine any injuries I may have suffered. Constantly checking my movement. Glued me up and fixed steri strips. Explained how to remove them. Prescribed penicillin to fight any infections. She made me feel like I needed to be there and I wasn't wasting their time.

The receptionist on the main desk could have been politer. When I said I'd only come because the wound wouldn't stop bleeding she just looked and said well it isn't bleeding now. She made me feel like I was wasting their time.
