The majority of the staff were brilliant!
Suggested improvements
One or two of the staff were a little brusque e.g they came into my room and said 'what do you want!' Most carers say 'Hello?! what can I do for you?' which is much nicer. Perhaps a little re-training would help?

He was treated with love, respect, care and dignity. The hospice staff were superb I could not have had better care or support at this time staff talked to him and kept him informed and comfortable.
Suggested improvements
I could not have had any better support I was most grateful for it. He was unable to communicate to staff but I know he was conscious that they were giving him best ever care.

Care, compassion, hard work of all the staff are exceptional.

Not in my case./nCould not have got better care if I had paid a million pounds.
