I had excellent treatment ,very passionate staff,as a clinically vulnerable person it was very safe.talked me through everything so I understood what was happening.

It was very safe excellent time keeping no waiting at all.

I can't think of a more lovely place to go should you need the help of a hospice. The staff are lovely, wholesome and exude a sense of compassion and care for the patients. Unlike some more clinical environments, they make the stay such a welcome one with such understanding and focus on dignity and respect. Frankly, it's criminal with the level of care given that such places are not state funded, but I have started my monthly donation and encourage all I see to do what they can for such a wonderful place!

Excellent communication by all staff and doctors to my father, the patient and myself his daughter. Great thought and care was given during my fathers 3 week stay at Cynthia Spencer.
