I have had great care.
Cynthia spencer has helped my dad be more comfortable and is receiving the very best care. The staff are all amazing, to my dad, myself and family.
A few issues surrounding problems with peg feed.
Thank you for your feedback. We are aware there were some issues regarding the PEG feeding. Some additional training has been put into place to ensure staff are more familiar with PEG feeding and how to manage the PEG.
Thank you for your review. I have passed your comment to the service manager to look at any training issues around peg feeding. I am sorry if this caused you concern. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
I believe the doctor and staff are making a holistic approach to m condition. This works well when there is openness and understanding about the best treatment going forward.
Thank you for your feedback. The team try hard to ensure that medication rounds do not clash with when patients are having meals, unfortunately this is not always possible. Some of our patients take medications more regularly through the day and therefore there will at times be clashes. We have fed back to the team to be more cautious about medications timings clashing with when patients are eating and drinking.
Thank you for your kind words. I have passed your query to the service manager so they can give a full explanation. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient experience Manager.
Very hygenic, made me heatlhy.
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately this is not something we are able to offer in the Hospice.
Always had great care
My sister's stay with Cynthia Spencer was superb. The Doctor saw the terrible plight we were in and his response quite literally put us on the right path. My sister's stay there was everything and more. Highly recommend. We continue to give her the best possible care both welfare and emotional every day.
Caring and understanding to my husband and myself in our hours great each visit enabled me to have sometime to myself to do 'me' things, without feeling selfish and knowing that my husband was being well looked after. He enjoyed each visit too and me both had an alloted time to almost forget about his illness and feel 'normal'.
