[name removed] was absolutely brilliant especially when I Wanted to return to college she came with me until I was ready to go at it alone she always listened and offered personal advice from her own experiences I'm going to miss her very much as she supports me in spending 2 years in college doing English then maths and also stating work in the crisis house eventually I aim to start in October once a week I'm going to deeply miss [name removed] as she was a friend thank you for all your help I'm progressing really well.

The time given for appointment can be improved upon to be earlier than the current situation. I desire earlier/quicker appointment period than the current situation.

I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the nurse from my son’s appointment this morning but she was superb with him; extremely respectfully of his anxieties and careful to give him the right level of information. She listened and was skilful in her approach to the appointment. I appreciated the way she spoke to him and me. I also appreciate the service offered as it would not be right for me to insist my son had the vaccinations at school.

[name removed] was very frighted as he was having a vaccination. He got very upset and was crying a lot. The nurse was very patient and explained everything that was going to happened and why he needed to have it. It took about 25 minutes to get him to have it. But he had it in the end she praised him and told him he should be very proud of himself We could not have asked for a better Nurse. If possible please pass our thanks on to her.
