I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the nurse from my son’s appointment this morning but she was superb with him; extremely respectfully of his anxieties and careful to give him the right level of information. She listened and was skilful in her approach to the appointment. I appreciated the way she spoke to him and me. I also appreciate the service offered as it would not be right for me to insist my son had the vaccinations at school.
