[name removed] was very frighted as he was having a vaccination. He got very upset and was crying a lot. The nurse was very patient and explained everything that was going to happened and why he needed to have it. It took about 25 minutes to get him to have it. But he had it in the end she praised him and told him he should be very proud of himself We could not have asked for a better Nurse. If possible please pass our thanks on to her. Nothing it was an excellent service and [name removed] says next time he needs a vaccination he want to go back there
