Therapist is compassionate to my thoughts.

My appointments only seem to last for c.40mins which I understand is shorter than the amount of time they should be (1 hour?).

I have been a patient of the CC for nearly ten years and it has always greatly helped me. The only times I have felt there could have been improvement was during lockdown when I was an inpatient as some classes were unavailable and the normal things on offer were lacking. This in my opinion is understandable given the challenges of Covid-19. In terms of care from doctors nurses and therapists u highlt rate the cardinal.

Always feel like I am being treated like a human being when I visit this clinic. There have been numerous changes in the consulting rooms due to COVID. The current out patients clinic is better the dull horrid main hall.

The decoration needs to be improved it’s so magnolia. Not much evidence of humanity, the consulting rooms in the new outpatients building are lovely but bland and not very conducive to stimulation nor inspiration. They are often dark and clinical. The waiting area is also dark. The main hall and especially the lounge really needs to be brighter then they are as darkness and fading grandeur are not really conducive to a good mental health recovery

Service was provided in a professional and understanding manner

Initial session and write up could have been more focused and precise, was dealt with well when raised and letter reissued to GP

Everyone I have worked with / been treated by has been very kind and respectful of not only the challenges I’ve faced with my mental health but also with the boundaries I’ve put in place myself.

I don’t think you could do much better.

All very professional - especially through this global pandemic.

My first visit was a bit uncomfortable because I was told to wait outside until my phone rang. But 15 mins into my scheduled meeting time, I finally walked in live and in person, and though I was greeting accordingly, the protocol that I was told would happen - didn't. No big deal in the end. Just saying!

I have been Dr [name removed]'s patient for two years. He has extensive knowledge, always shows kindness and patience, and will thoroughly answer my questions. Whenever I need advice on my condition or medication, I can trust that Dr [name removed] provides me with the best possible information. I am very grateful for his care and for the great progress I made under his guidance.
