Clean location, friendly staff. However no communication why my appointment was delayed 20 minutes and I was sat in silence waiting

Appointments ran behind. I was still waiting 20 minutes after I was supposed to have my appointment. Not good when I turned up early and I have other plans/appointments today meaning I was delayed getting to them.
