When I came to Brook the first time the staff made me feel welcome and that is a struggle for me because I become shy. The staff encouraged me to speak about anything if I felt uncomfortable about they spoke to me with manners and took their time.

I wouldn’t change anything because the staff are well mannered and looked after me

The person who I saw made me feel comfortable, calmed me when I was worried and made sure completely that I didn’t feel a thing and assured me I would be okay, they put up with me being scared and even crying, but they were patient, and I could not be more grateful, they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about me getting upset.

Debbie is a wonderful nurse, is very understanding and always suggests the best options for me.
Sometimes if I’m nervous for my appointment she immediately puts me at ease.

Excellent service, really friendly, made me feel very comfortable. Lady explained everything i needed to know and gave excellent care after the procedure was done. Was sure to make sure all was done in a comfortable and relaxing environment and a lovely clean environment.
