When I came to Brook the first time the staff made me feel welcome and that is a struggle for me because I become shy. The staff encouraged me to speak about anything if I felt uncomfortable about they spoke to me with manners and took their time.

I wouldn’t change anything because the staff are well mannered and looked after me
