I’m given respects, listened to, treated with dignity, they treat you like a person and not just a patient, they smile, they look into your eyes and I trust staff on this ward. I have freedom , I can eat , wash when I want, it’s wonderful, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

There’s a rota of chores but people are not held accountable, there should be some accountability as they are not getting ready for discharge. People should be hygienically clean avoid spreading germs

When first arriving , staff introduced themselves and were kind. They treated them very well. Making sure they were comfortable and had enough to eat.

Sometimes the process of service is slow.
The discharge process can sometimes be very slow on waiting for accommodation .
Difficulty finding accommodation.

Compared to When I first came in here it is now more different / restricted, eg.. we cannot close window without security key so when rains everything gets wet.

Please can we have control on the window opening.
I like the fact that cctv is all over makes me feel safe.

Feed up of this service and just want go home.
They are corrupted in everything .

Get rid of senior security manager, and get someone to take their role seriously.
Support workers are not very supportive.
Our independence is taken, no trust.
