I’m given respects, listened to, treated with dignity, they treat you like a person and not just a patient, they smile, they look into your eyes and I trust staff on this ward. I have freedom , I can eat , wash when I want, it’s wonderful, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

There’s a rota of chores but people are not held accountable, there should be some accountability as they are not getting ready for discharge. People should be hygienically clean avoid spreading germs
