I was listened to and understood from the very beginning, having the treatment I learnt to care, like, respect and love myself and understand and learn that I am worthy 1st time ever.

Nothing, my care and time and so much compassion shown, I now feel like a human being of the human race. With their help I have completed treatment and fully recovered thank you so much.

They are forcing medication. My body is being insured by the medication. Staff are rude, they have aggressive manner. In the community meeting there are no opportunities to have your say.

I should be released. Don’t keep me here. I’m being detained her without my will.

There’s usually fight among patients

All ward should be same, as there’s different restrictions. Accessing music is different here.

Staff take things personally they challenge patient. Not willing to listen and accept responsibility.

Communication needs to improve, they are unwilling to do things for patient. One member of Staff show aggression , they need to remain calm. Other staff are fine.
